It's a logical approach to the frequencies on the various drum sizes.

Those things are super nice. Not bad at all for the price. Pearl really does nice work on the high end of things.

As I have pointed out in previous posts, nice toms although a little monotone, flat Bass drum sound and very heavy to lift. Not my bag.
