I re-set up my toms. Im buying a boom stand prolly before the end of this month so I can have my splash cymbal on the left side near my hi hat and put a crash cymbal from the hanging tom on the right. I also had my ride arm turned upside down, I like the ride being near me, and if had the arm the right side up, then it would be to high from the rack tom. So lookout for more updates! and check out my drum solo video on the bottom link, and criticize me! I dont have many videos up due to the lack of a camera. Except for my phone... which has horrible video quality... aha.
13" K Hi-Hat Top
13" A Quick Beat Bottom
16" A Custom Projection Crash
20" A Custom Projection Ride/Crash
PDP Hardware (forgot what series)
Yamaha Flying Dragons Double Bass Pedal
And some crappy PDP throne I got with the set.
This is my only and first kit. Ive been upgrading it since i think 2005 to now
I try to buy something nice for my drums once a year as I progress.

I like snares that sound poppy. This is a quick soundcheck of the drums. The snare sounds ok and the rest is blah, im tweaking and tuning to see if I can get the low resonances to catch on to the mic. It is a computer mic afterall. LOL everything sounds more better and full in person though. Its very messy. Ill put up a better playing next time but this is it for now.

yup
yup! this snare rocks. I like white drums and this one looked very clean and caught my eye. Tested it out tuned it in the store and fell in love with it. And I competed in the Guitar Center drum-off and got a 10% off card. WAH LAH! got around 40$ off :]

DRUM HEADS
Great playing.
What kind of heads are you using(batter and reso)?
snare/toms/bass
iv'e seen that snare on here a few times, i'm guessing it's available to the public thru GC.
pretty sweet kit, nuthin' beats the cleanness of a 4 piece.

snare
Yea, that snare is available at guitar center. It just caught my eye, the Hollywood GC had three of these! Just had to go up and try it. I got a huge discount on it because the powder coating on the rim was a bit scratched and I used my discount card I got from the drum off. a good 30% off right there. :] Im also going to replace the top head with that one remo head with the controlled dot for snares. Heard a couple of snares with that head and and they sound crisp loud and powerful with little overtones. Which I like
