Want Drum Set

Im looking to get my first drum set. I dont wanna pay much. Around 300-400 with cymbals. Anything over that id rather go with a new kit.

well some pretty good beginner cymbals are the Zildjian ZBT or also the Sabian B8.
and for sets, i would go for Tama or Pearl.
