WFD Competition / 2007 NAMM Summer Session
Hey everyone,
My name is Thomas Grosset and this is my first post on this forum.
This thread is based on the WFD competition that took place July 27-29th in Austin, TX.
I was labeled as the official WFD champion after winning the 2007 Summer NAMM World Finals in Austin, Texas with 1,156 singles which is currently the highest score that's ever been recorded during the finals. My highest preliminary run was 1194 single strokes which made me the new WFD 16 and under World Record Holder and ranking me as the third fastest in the world.
This is me winning the 2007 Summer World Finals with 1156 single strokes.

Compared with that dickhead that posted himself winning the bass drum competition, this is actually a great useful talent. Nice job tooting your own horn!!!!!!!

Tom is a BEAST. he was hitting the most insane number i'v ever seen so consistantly. he even broke the record for 16 and under. I'd eventually like to go for the hands, but kids like him almost scare me away

people dont realize that its just one aspect of drumming. They think these kids dont play on a drum set or all suck, and sit there all day with a beater distance of 2 inches and play as fast as they can.

Most guys here seem to think it's less of an aspect of drumming then quoting famous drummers and arguing over gear
