When I got mine out, the first three pulled out nicely. The fourth needed to be cut out. But I was so loopy from the gas that I didn't care. I was like, "Ok you just pulled out one of my teeth, that's nice..." I'm usually really squeamish. I once passed out in the middle of first aid when we were watching this video of a car accident, and one of the drivers had a gash on his neck, almost cutting his head off. Once the video showed his blood squirting out, I was out like a lightbulb. Heh, my classmates thought the whole thing was planned, because they called the emt's and I was taken to the hospital. Anyway, the sleep thing isn't that great. Although, the medication they gave me was liquid lortab because they were all out of the pills, so I was pretty much out of it. Do you have any swelling? I'm not a huge wimp, but damn it if getting your wisdom teeth out don't hurt. Hope the pain isn't too much. Take care!

I was in the military when I had mine removed. One cracked and they decided to take the other 3 out as well. I was given a day off and then back to work.

I have to get mine pulled soon.
I remember when I was about 10, I had to get three extra teeth pulled and cut out. I was so loopy afterwards, I kept asking my parents why there were two stop signs and why there were two identical Smiths' right next to each other.
Don't remember so much about the pain though.
Now that I've read these stories, I'm not too keen about getting the wisdom teeth pulled soon.

You can smoke a few cigarettes a day, not too many......and with ALL pills LQ enhances the "effects" (don't ask me how i know this).....not too much though (RIP jimi hendrix)........

your dentist will tell you if you need them pulled or not. they're basically looking into the future and predicting if they will be a problem to you later in life. so no, not everyone needs them pulled. i know some people that only got 1 or 2 pulled also just because they were growing in sideways or something.
