dont just work on muscle strength, work on muscle ENDURANCE.
Those are two different things. Strength is doing work for short periods of time and very high energy levels. Endurance is what us drummers want, long, hard and fast beats. Some great endurance exercises for your legs are running up stairs with weights, jumping jacks, running, and calf raises. Some strength exercises would be squatting, leg presses, dead lifting, wall sits etc. My father is a personal trainer, i always ask him
