Z custom mega bell ride...bad?
Does it really sound as bad as everyone says it does?

That was a real failure on Zildjian, too much work on the bell and not enough on the rest of the cymbal.

I disagree with hating all Z's. The mediums actually have a very good sound for live shows and recording in my experience. I use an A/Z combo and it serves it's purpose well. I will say that the mega-bell and power rides are to much though. Selection is the key. Peace on ya!

horrible cymbal line. i'm surprised zildjian still makes them... at least without any significant tweaking.
i borrowed my mega bell ride to a kid about 9 years ago and i never got it back. i could care less.
