Post Zildjian Scimitar?
Hey everybody, I recently made a post on here about getting 2 hi-hats, and so I did.

I bought a cheap stand on ebay, and all I needed was cymbals.

I bought 14" Zildjian Scimitar hats, they looked in decent shape, and were very cheap. 42 dollars also.

I looked up Zildjian Scimitar series, i didn't find anything, I'm pretty sure they're not being made anymore, but has anybody ever hit Scimitar cymbals?

I want to know what I'm getting.

Many opinions on Scimitar cymbals. I think if there won't be any more comments I'll lock this topic tommorow.

my personal opinion on these cymbals is tht they should be avoided, if u want cheap zildjian hi hats, go for Planet Z or ZBT , much better quality

You'd be better off with Cambers. hahaha That was a joke, don't get Cambers. They are the worst.

i think the scimitar cymbols r as good as corregated iron and sound about as good... i liked the sound untill i recorded it, and it sounded fully crap

u might b able to pull it off if u cover it up with good cymbols but yeah, by them selves i would avoid it like the ten plauges of egypt
