I've heard a LOT of mixed things about these things (ZXT Titanium Splash). What do you like about them? OORR what do you hate about them? Are they worth buying? *i ask this because i need a splash, if there are any other splashes (10 inch) that you've loved, please give me some more suggestions.

I thought that Zildjian had discontinued the ZXT Titanium series? Btw, I tried one of them few years before and I think that they aren't that good. If you want bright sound, go with the A customs. I have 11" K Hybrid and just love them. Just go to the nearest music shop to check which sound is best for you!

whaaat! the one i had was the best splash ive ever had. i own z customs, a customs and a k custom and im thinkin of gettin that as my splash. it was brilliant. fast and really crisp. id recommend it. it is discontinued but look out on ebay and youll pick one up sooner or later

i have never played a that splash but i love the 10' a custom splash its bad ass.

I went through 3 of those titanium 10" flash splashes. Broke 'em all to hell. Wonderful sounding splash; quick splash, fast decay...but so thin they bend out of shape quickly and start cracking (usually around the bell) shortly thereafter. I actually had one crack all the way around the bell until the rest of the cymbal fell completely off! One of the other ones was close to doing the same thing, too. The third started with a tiny crack on the outer edge that soon traveled all the way up to the center - almost to the wingnut! I miss having them, but I can't bring myself to buy another one. Oh, well. I have the 18" Total China from the same series and it's great. Other than that, all my other accent cymbals have been replaced by Saludas. Some Diamond series, some Mixt X, even a small Ion V splash (I don't care so much for its finish, but it sounds really good).
